About us

Dr,G.Gandhi , Promotor Director: a "Biotech Biofarming Veterinarian by profession but devoted to the cause of sustainable agricultural practices across the globe for overall balancing of ecology and environment. Adopting and advocating the concept of "INTEGRATED POLYCULTURE FARMING SYSTEM" throough NEISA methodology as an alternative technique to achieve these objectives by trying to form a"work group" of interested /likeminded professional cadres from across the country ,especially the young graduates of agri/animal husbandry/fisheries/biotecnology sciences"."

A professional (basically veterinarian turned rural sectors' insurance) he is always interacting with all the people concerned with rural development programmes whether it is employment generation, productivity, health care, education or capability building or logistics,sustainable environment/ecology and clean(green)technology. He has a strong conviction that his thinking,action,deeds are pro-poor and aimed at poverty alleviation in whatever capacity he was performing du! ring past three decades.

Being a small farmer's son, he has imbibed these traits. He has have been directly and indirectly contributing to productive activities - milk, meat/egg / various agricultural products - thereby trying to provide a
"social security" to the poor and needy. He has been voicing for the poor in whatever forums he could get opportunities including that of Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India and so on.

Most of his lifetime, having been in the midst of poor needy farmers / agri labourers/small marginal farmers/NGOs/rural development agencies in district / State/Centre Government,he has the basic feel for the poor. The pro-poor environments propelled him to evolve useful tools ( Udai Dairy Herd Monitor) patented by GOI and to create website of his own ( Integrated Polyculture Farming systems) by which he is trying to organise "work groups" around the country to address basic issues and the problems of rural India which is suffering from irrigab! le water shortages, degraded, highly fragmented tiny land holdings, under/unemployment, food/nutritional insecurity / least opportunities for children's health care and education, sanitation and safe drinking water etc.
